Meet the Team

Stephanie Carrithers

Stephanie was born and raised in Santa Rosa. She was certified as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1991. In 1997 she continued her education and became a Registered Dental Assistant in extended functions. She has been with Dr. Schneider’s team since 1999. She is now the financial coordinator/office administrator for our office.

She enjoys shopping, cooking and gardening. She and her husband Ed have one child, Porter.

Tina Baker

Tina has been a dental hygienist with Dr. Schneider since 2001. She graduated with top honors from UCSF Dental Hygiene Program that same year. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, Tina started with Dr. Schneider as a dental assisting intern from the SRJC in 1995.

In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys playing tennis, running, biking, and snow skiing. In 2018 Tina added the Boston Marathon to her list of accomplishments.

Bridget Schneider

Bridget was born and raised in Sonoma County. She received a Bachelor of Art’s degree at Chico State before going to dental hygiene school at Shasta College. Bridget is dedicated to providing excellent dental care as well as dental education for her patients. Bridget treats oral health as an important vital component of systemic health and helps her patients have a positive experience by attempting to keep dental fears and anxiety at bay.

Bridget loves Sonoma County for the beautiful coastline and magical forest. Her interests include mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving, cooking and learning how to play guitar. 

Kailena Coletti

Kailena was born and raised in Sonoma County. Kailena worked for Dr. Schneider as a Clinical Assistant, while going to school to pursue dentistry. She graduated from the dental assisting program at the Santa Rosa Junior College in 2015 and has since worked for Dr. Schneider as a Registered Dental Assistant and scheduling coordinator. Kailena is a member of the dental advisory board at the Santa Rosa Junior College to help with the dental assisting and hygiene programs.

In her spare time, Kailena enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time at our local beaches and wineries.
